Frequently asked questions

  • We do allow BYOB if it is not Sake. We offer many different types of Sake at our restaurant, which can be ordered by the bottle or by 3 ounce glasses. We also have various selections of Japanese beer, champagne, red and white wines.

There is a $25 per bottle corkage fee if you bring your own alcoholic beverages.

Please be aware that our BYOB policy may change anytime, so please check back here a week before your reservation date. We will announce any policy changes at least a week in advance.

  • We strongly suggest our guests make reservations through our Resy page; however, if you are experiencing problems reserving on Resy, you can always call 646-478-7728 to get assistance from our host and manager.

  • There is no specific dress code to dine at our establishment.

  • We will try to accommodate any type of allergy and/or dietary restriction.

Please kindly inform our staff at your earliest convenience, preferably at least a few days in advance, so our chefs can prepare and customize courses according to your dietary needs.

With that said, here are the dietary restrictions we currently do not accommodate:

    Vegetarians

    Vegans

  • Yes, we have an a la carte menu; however, we are an omakase only sushi restaurant so all our guests will be served our omakase meal first. Then, after the omakase courses are near completion, our host may offer the a la carte menu, assuming there’s still ample time until the next seating.

For guests who really want to try some a la carte menu items, we recommend coming during our last seating for either lunch or dinner, so we can be sure there will be time after the omakase to serve a la carte menu items.

  • We have two different omakase options at the sushi bar/counter, and one omakase option at the table.

    Sushi Bar:
    12 course omakase - $85 per person
    17 course omakase - $128 per person

    Table:
    15 course omakase - $100 per person
*Optional Japanese A5 wagyu add-on for $15 per person.

    What’s the difference?

Our Classic Omakase set is a total of 12 courses. Within those 12 courses, our chef will serve mostly sushi, but will also include a small bites dish that is similar to an appetizer. The chef may or may not include an additional custom dish depending on the season and ingredients available.

Our Premium Omakase set is a total of 17 courses. Within the 17 courses, our chef will serve everything from the classic Omakase menu as well as 5 additional dishes. The 5 additional dishes will include all chef’s daily or seasonal specials and a dessert special to end the meal.

Our Table Exclusive Omakase set is a total of 15 courses. This includes most of the exquisite ingredients from our Premium Omakase set. The meal also ends with a sweet dessert.

  • Omakase means “I’ll leave it up to you”. This style of dining comes from Japan where guests will be seated and served the menu of the day, leaving the menu choice up to the chef. Menu items will change month to month, week to week, and even day to day depending on the season and ingredient availability. Our chefs always try to serve the best and freshest ingredients to our guests, as well as come up with new combinations and flavors that match well with the fish served.

We have strict seating times so our chefs can serve each course to all guests around the same time. Each seating cycle is around 90 minutes from start to finish. The time starts at the start of the reserved time and ends before the next seating cycle, so it is important to be on time for your reservation to ensure adequate time for the entire experience.

  • We stick to a seating schedule for lunch and dinner where everyone starts around the same time. Walk-ins may be seated at the closest next seating cycle depending on availability. We always recommend guests to make reservations ahead of time to ensure there are seats available.
